Delivery Information

At Devon Discount Sofas, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery service across the South West. All deliveries are handled with care to ensure your new sofa arrives safely and is set up in your home.

Delivery Timeframes>

Delivery typically takes between 7–21 days from the date of order.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including supplier availability or logistics

We will keep you updated regarding your delivery where possible.

Delivery Charges

• Standard delivery: £75

This charge will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Service (Room of Choice)

Your sofa will be delivered and placed in a room of your choice within your property.

Our delivery team will:

• Carefully bring the item into your home
• Position it in your chosen room

Please ensure that the room is accessible and ready to receive the item.

Access Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is adequate access for delivery, including:

• Doorways
• Hallways
• Staircases
• Tight corners or restricted spaces

If access is not suitable and delivery cannot be completed, additional charges may apply for re-delivery or collection.

Preparing for Delivery

To help ensure a smooth delivery:

• Clear any obstacles or fragile items from access routes
• Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

Missed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• No one being available at the property
• Incorrect delivery details
• Access issues

Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Inspection on Delivery

We recommend that you inspect your sofa upon delivery.

Before signing to confirm receipt:

• Check for any visible damage
• Ensure the correct item has been delivered

If there are any issues, please notify us within 24–48 hours.

Supplier Delivery

In some cases, your order may be delivered directly by one of our trusted suppliers.

This does not affect your order, delivery service or aftercare. Devon Discount Sofas remains your point of contact for any queries or support.

Delivery Area

We primarily deliver across:

• Devon
• Cornwall
• Somerset

If you are located outside these areas, please contact us before ordering and we will advise if delivery is possible.
